The ART Location is the arts component of the Place Capital Project.
This is a creative platform for painters and designers enabling them to embody their projects and present them to broad audiences.
The ART Location’s formats are creative tours, plein air events, forums, festivals and minor events held in Belarusian regions.
We invite both young and mature professional creators from many foreign countries to take part in these events. By doing so, we are promoting the intercultural exchange of experiences and broad communication.
