The Forum «Folklore and Folklorism in Contemporary Belarusian Art», organized by «BelBrandAudit» LLC, was held from 16 to 18 July in the Cultural and Historical Complex «Golden Ring of Vitebsk» Dvina «. The forum was held within the framework of the traditional trade fair «Zadvinski Kirmash» during the International Arts Festival «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk».
The purpose of the forum is to popularize traditional Belarusian culture and support the creativity of Belarusian artisans and craftsmen.
Master classes on straw-weaving, flax-weaving, the art of vytinanka, and vine-weaving were conducted by a teacher from the Moscow State Chemical Combine. A.
